【摘要】:1.1Scope.1.1.1*Thisstandardshallidentifytheminimumlevelsofcompetencerequiredbyresponderstoemergenciesinvolvinghazardousmaterials/weaponsofmassdestruction(WMD).1.1.2Thisstandardshallapplytoanyindividualormemberofanyorganizationwhorespondstohazardousmaterials/WMDincidents.1.1.3Thisstandardshallcoverthecompetenciesforawarenesslevelpersonnel,operationslevelresponders,hazardousmaterialstechnicians,incidentcommanders,hazardousmaterialsofficers,hazardousmaterialssafetyofficers,andotherspecialistemployees.A.1.1.1OutsidetheUnitedStates,hazardousmaterialsmightbecalleddangerousgoods(seeAnnexH).Weaponsofmassdestruction(WMD)areknownbymanydifferentabbreviationsandacronyms,includingCBRNE(chemical,biological,radiological,nuclear,explosive),B-NICE(biological,nuclear,incendiary,chemical,explosive),COBRA(chemical,ordinance,biological,radiologicalagents),andNBC(nuclear,biological,chemical).
