【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61968isthefirstinaseriesthat,takenasawhole,definesinterfacesforthemajorelementsofaninterfacearchitectureforDistributionManagementSystems(DMS).ThispartofIEC61968identifiesandestablishesrequirementsforstandardinterfacesbasedonanInterfaceReferenceModel(IRM).SubsequentpartsofthisstandardarebasedoneachinterfaceidentifiedintheIRM.Thissetofstandardsislimitedtothedefinitionofinterfacesandisimplementationindependent.Theyprovideforinteroperabilityamongdifferentcomputersystems,platforms,andlanguages.Methodsandtechnologiesusedtoimplementfunctionalityconformingtotheseinterfacesareconsideredoutsideofthescopeofthesestandards;onlytheinterfaceitselfisspecifiedintheIEC61968series.AsusedintheIEC61968series,aDMSconsistsofvariousdistributedapplicationcomponentsfortheutilitytomanageelectricaldistributionnetworks.Thesecapabilitiesincludemonitoringandcontrolofequipmentforpowerdelivery,managementprocessestoensuresystemreliability,voltagemanagement,demand-sidemanagement,outagemanagement,workmanagement,automatedmappingandfacilitiesmanagement.TheIRMisspecifiedinClause4.
