【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversrequirementsandtestmethodsformaterials,dimensions,workmanship,ringstiffness,flattening,jointsystems,andaformofmarkingforlargediameter,10to120in.(250to3050mm),insidediameterbasedpolyethylene(PE)pipeofprofilewallconstructionandwithbellandspigot,heatfusion,extrusionweldedorelctrofusionjointsforuseingravityflowapplications,suchasforsewersanddrains.PipeproducedtothisspecificationshouldbeinstalledinaccordancewithPracticeD2321andwiththemanufacturer'srecommendations.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section8,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
