【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsforthedeterminationofpropertiesofbonded,fused,orlaminatedapparelfabrics,areconsideredsatisfactoryforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsofbondedandlaminatedapparelfabricssincethemethodshavebeenusedextensivelyinthetradeforacceptancetesting.5.1.1Iftherearedifferencesofpracticalsignificancebetweenreportedtestresultsfortwolaboratories(ormore),comparativetestsshouldbeperformedtodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweenthem,usingcompetentstatisticalassistance.Asaminimum,usethesamplesforsuchacomparativetestthatareashomogeneousaspossible,drawnfromthesamelotofmaterialasthesamplesthatresultedindisparateresultsduringinitialtesting.Randomlyassignspecimensinequalnumberstoeachlaboratory.Thetestresultsfromthelaboratoriesinvolvedshouldbecomparedusingastatisticaltestforunpaireddataandaprobabilitylevelchosenpriortothetestingseries.Ifbiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrected,orfuturetestresultsforthatmaterialmustbeadjustedinconsiderationoftheknownbias.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverproceduresforcharacterizingthedelamination,strengthofbond,appearance,andshrinkagepropensityofbonded,fused,andlaminatedapparelfabricsafterdrycleaningandlaundering.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard;thevaluesinparenthesesareprovidedasinformationonly.Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcernsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
