【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardcontainsrequirementsfortheproductionandtestingofweldjointsfortheinstallationandmodificationofonshoresteelpipelinesandpipeworkusedingassupplysystems,includingin-servicepipelines,forallpressurerangesforthecarriageofprocessed,non-toxicandnon-corrosivenaturalgasaccordingtoISO13686,where:-thepipelineelementsaremadeofunalloyedorlow-alloyedcarbonsteel;-thepipelineisnotlocatedwithincommercialorindustrialpremisesasintegralpartoftheindustrialprocessonthosepremisesexceptforanypipelinesandfacilitiessupplyingsuchpremises;-thepipeworkisnotlocatedwithinhouseholdinstallationsaccordingtoEN1775:1998;-thedesigntemperatureofthesystemisbetween-40℃and120℃inclusive.Withrespecttoproductionandtestingofwelds,thisEuropeanStandardreferstobasicstandardsdraftedbyCEN/TC121andCEN/TC138astheyexistuptothedateofissueofthisstandard.ThisstandardisnotapplicabletoweldsproducedpriortothepublicationofthisEuropeanStandard.Clauses4to9describegeneralrequirementswhichrelatetoallareasofapplicationmentioned.Thefollowingclausescontainspecificrequirements:Clause10:Supplysystemsforamaximumoperatingpressureuptoandincluding16bar(distribution).Clause11:Supplysystemsforamaximumoperatingpressuregreaterthan16bar(transmission).Clause12:Metering,regulatingandcompressorstations.Table1assignstheapplicationareastoqualityrequirementcategoriesasafunctionoftheworkingpressureandpipematerialsused.Additionalrequirementsmaybespecifiedwhen,forexample:-thestrainonpipelinesandsystems;-thematerials;-thelinerouting;-thedesignortheweldingtechniqueareconsideredcritical.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiescommonbasicprinciplesforgassupplysystems.UsersofthisEuropeanStandardshouldbeawarethattherecanexistmoredetailednationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticeintheCENmembercountries.ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtobeappliedinassociationwiththesenationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticesettingouttheabove-mentionedbasicprinciples.Intheeventofconflictsintermsofmorerestrictiverequirementsinnationallegislation/regulationwiththerequirementsofthisstandard,thenationallegislation/regulationshalltakeprecedence.
